It all began in 1785, when Florens-Louis Heidsieck established what was to become one of the oldest Grand Marque Champagne Houses. Since then, Heidsieck & Co Monopole Blue Top NV Brut has become a favourite with royalty – and so many others – around the world.
Made using predominantly Pinot Noir grapes, this fruit-driven wine is enriched by toasty, buttery aromas and bursts of peach, cherry and honey. Pair it with shellfish, fruity desserts or Comté cheese.
